The Illinois Chamber of Commerce, along with the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), will be presenting this year's premiere legislative event for Illinois Business Leaders. This LOBBY DAY will attract hundreds of business leaders to Springfield to discuss with policymakers the most important issues facing our state. The program format will provide an opportunity for the business community to have access to the Statehouse, hear from experts on current issues, and network with other business leaders.

9:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. - Welcome and Overview of "Hot Legislative Issues Affecting Employers"

9:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - General Session - Taxes - Sentator Murphy and Representative Connelly to speak on taxes and spending

10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. - General Session - Worker's Compensation Reform - Moderator with Panel Discussion

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - Networking Lunch - Governor Pat Quin INVITED

1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Lobby time at the Capitol
