The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute brings together the best in class leadership development and area business leaders interested in taking their organizations to the next level.

This program offers the opportunity to learn and apply the competencies of highly effective leaders to drive business results in your own organization.

Each participant will create an individualized leadership program to ensure successful outcomes.

During this five-month Leadership Institute, you will experience:
