The Young Professionals of the Naperville Chamber (YPN) furthers the Chamber’s mission by promoting the growth and development of the next generation of business and civic leaders. YPN provides professional and personal growth, develops leadership skills, and encourages business alliances through participation, education, programming, recruitment and mutual support within the Chamber and community. The YPN strives to assist and encourage this objective through:
• Providing programming for leadership skills, personal and professional growth;
• Networking to build relationships and alliances within YPN, Chamber and community;
• Recruiting a diversified membership from the Chamber Membership and surrounding community;
• Address workforce and economic development issues that would enhance the community; and
• Engaging in activities that highlight the charter of YPN participants to the Chamber, and the community.
