Speaker: Rick Lochner
"What does it mean to be a Total Leader in today's business environment?"
Anyone who plays golf understands the concept of having all the facets of one's game working together. Driving off the tee, middle irons off the fairway, short game around the green and putting all need to be in sync in order to compete and succeed at higher levels of the game. Occasional golfers usually have some of the parts working well at any given time, but struggle to get all four working in unison.
Total Leadership is much like the game of golf in that it takes all aspects of leadership working in unison over steady periods of time for it to be effective and create the desired organizational results.
Rick Lochner from RPC Leadership Associates, Inc. will share four facets of the Total Leadership Process and how each of us can apply them to our organization or business. Rick will also announce the new Leadership Institute developed specifically to enable chamber members to be more successful and complete leaders.
The can't-miss event of the Chamber's monthly calendar is our General Membership Luncheon. Significant speakers who have attended recent luncheons include former Illinois Governor Jim Edgar, US Chamber of Commerce President & CEO Thomas Donohue and noted futurist Rebecca Ryan. Each month's event is an excellent chance for networking and for hearing discussion on topics of interest to the business community.
Reservations are required.
