Rick Lochner, President & CEO of RPC Leadership Associates will present a 7 Step Process that focuses on how to make goal planning and achievement a success well beyond the new year’s resolutions. Lochner will first give an understanding of why goals are so important and further, what contributes to making goals work to achieve our desired level of success. The same formula has been shown to work well in both non-profit and personal career settings regardless of the economic conditions.

Rick Lochner started RPC Leadership Associates after over 30 years of Management and Executive Leadership experience in a variety of service industries. He has led organizations in Fortune 100 corporations and privately held entrepreneurial ventures in multiple industries, both for-profit and non-profit.
Lochner is a graduate of the U.S Military Academy at West Point. He is also a Senior Faculty member at Keller Graduate School of Management where he teaches Leadership, Organizational Behavior, Managing Organizational Change and Managing Conflict in the Workplace. He gives back to the community as President of Literacy DuPage, a non-profit dedicated to promoting adult literacy in DuPage County. Additionally, he serves as Chair of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Speakers Bureau.
