The 2010 Leadership Institute will kick off on January 7th at the Holiday Inn Select in Naperville offering participants a wide range of benefits. The six-month program will provide participants the opportunity to meet twice a month for insightful panel discussions with top community leaders, relevant case studies and coaching sessions.

Participants in the Leadership Institute will have the ability to network with other Members, panelists and sponsors and promote their own business while developing strategic relationships through engaging other participants on a consistent basis. Through enhancing their own self-awareness, participants will learn the key aspects of successful leaders by applying the competencies of highly effective leaders using real world examples. In addition, each participant will create an individualized roadmap to success while sharing their own best practices with others.

Case studies for each session, focused on the session topic or theme, will help participants understand the leadership behaviors needed to overcome day to day challenges and achieve high performance results in their own organization.

Leadership topics for various sessions include goal setting, ethics & values, managing relationships, teamwork, coaching effectiveness, customer focus, business acumen and strategic thinking.
