The 2010 Inaugural Gala & Silent Auction is set for Friday, January 15th from 6:00 – 11:00 p.m. at the Wyndham in Lisle. This year, the Silent Auction has many fabulous items on which attendees may bid.

A dinner package for 15 from Belgio’s Catering including three appetizers and dinner with a server and delivery will be available for bid. Chef By Request will cater dinner with the Mayor for the highest bidder. Several restaurants including BlackFinn and CityGate Grille have donated gift certificates for the Silent Auction as well as wine from Café Bounaro’s. A wine tasting for 24 from Wine Styles will also be included in the Silent Auction bidding.

For those that like to golf, several golf packages will be up for bid from Bolingbrook Golf Club, Country Lakes Golf Club, Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, and Naperville Park District.

Gala attendees will have the opportunity, if they are the highest bidder, to get away with roundtrip airline tickets from Southwest and American Airlines. There are also many family friendly packages in the silent auction including Cubs tickets donated by ProfitLink, a year pass to Cantigny Park, passes to Shedd Aquarium, tickets to the Kane County Cougars, and a birthday party package from Airtastic Playland. For those that enjoy concerts, tickets to the Blue Man Group, donated by 95.9 The River, will also be up for bid.
