Event Registration Policy Update: Pre-Registration & Complimentary Tickets |

Effective March 1st, the Chamber will institute a change to our registration and attendance policy. For events that require registration, such as our Luncheons and Women In Business Breakfasts, you must pre-register to use your registrations included in your membership packages. Additionally, if you miss the pre-registration window, you will have to pay with either cash, check or charge at the door and be subject to a $5 walk-in registration fee.
“This change is being implemented to allow us to better manage our events and provide all our Members with better customer service,” said Chamber President & CEO, John Schmitt. “We do our best to anticipate total attendance numbers and always accommodate Members to provide a quality experience at our events, but this is one area where we need help from you, our Members.”
The deadlines, which will be published with every event notice, will be noon on the Tuesday prior to the Women In Business Breakfast and 3:00 p.m. on the Friday prior to a Lunch.
Events that are not covered by this policy are committee and TEAM meetings, Business After Hours and other complimentary events.
