As the 15th annual Small Business of the Year Awards approaches, the Chamber would like to highlight each of our nominees so our Members can become better acquainted with them. Naperville CARES
Naperville CARES provides short-term financial support and resources to meet the basic needs of local families in crisis. During 12 years of service to the community, our Emergency Assistance Program has provided over $1.2 million in assistance and our Car Program has donated over 500 cars to families needing critical transportation to get to work.
Naperville Education Foundation
Since 1992 the Naperville Education Foundation Trustees have embraced the mission “to encourage creativity, innovation and excellence in our students,” and our community has responded with immense generosity. Through private and corporate donations and fundraisers, NEF proudly sponsors signature programs that improve the educational experience for District 203 students.
Our Children's Homestead
Our Children’s is a foster care and adoption agency whose mission is to build strong, stable foundations of support for each youth we serve, and develop opportunities that enable them to discover and sustain a positive future. We provide children with a safe home, therapy, mentoring

Project H.E.L.P.
Project H.E.L.P. (Healthy Environment for Little People) was established by The Exchange Club of Naperville in 1992 and is accredited by the National Exchange Club. Project H.E.L.P.’s programs provide families with the information, training, and support they need to raise children in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment.
Rotary Club of Naperville
For 71 years, The Rotary Club of Naperville has provided Service Above Self by helping others both locally and worldwide. Through the commitment of our members, we provide community leadership, volunteers and funding for humanitarian causes including scholarships, school and medical supplies, clean water, food, shelter, and disaster relief.
Teen Parent Connection
Teen Parent Connection is the only nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization, in DuPage County providing comprehensive programs and services related to teenage pregnancy, parenting and prevention. The mission of Teen Parent Connection is to serve the community through education on the realities and responsibilities of teenage pregnancy and through long-term assistance to adolescent parents for their development of self-esteem, parenting skills, and empowerment towards self-sufficiency.
