Participants improve social and emotional intelligence and the company’s bottom line

WHEATON, Ill. – June 11, 2012 – Bold Steps, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of their Leadership Program, developed by the Bold Steps team and based on over 40 years of combined leadership and coaching experience. The program is designed to raise productivity and the bottom line for companies and organizations by coaching individuals to higher performance and creating a larger pool of leaders and future leaders in the process.

The Leadership Program incorporates social and emotional intelligence into the training and evaluation of employees at all levels and includes individual and 360 assessments. Through follow up training and coaching, the program works to develop the 26 core competencies linked to high quality leadership and performance. Each company or organization has the option to avail either a Gold, Silver, or Bronze package to the participating employee, with the Gold level most appropriate for current leaders or high potential employees.

Patti Baron Schreiber, Business Strategist & Leadership Coach at Bold Steps, will serve as the primary facilitator of the Leadership Program. She is certified by the Institute for Social & Emotional Intelligence as a coach and assessment administrator, and she is a professional coach certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
