The President & CEO Search and Selection Committee has posted the position announcement on the Chamber’s website. Interested individuals can review the positing at http://naper.cc/Ru3Q1J or on the Chamber’s homepage, www.naperville.net.This step formally opens the application process and prospective candidates are encouraged to submit their information by close of business on Friday, August 31.
“Through the input we received from the membership and the board’s discussions, we have a firm understanding of where we want the Chamber to head over the next several years,” said Cathy Subber, who serves as chair-elect of the board of directors and chair of the search and selection committee.
Materials submitted before the close of business on Friday, August 31 will receive priority review. Applicants are requested to provide a cover letter, current resume and three references. Materials should be sent to csubber@aol.com, only submissions sent to this address will be accepted.
“The announcement describes the profile and characteristics we think our next leader needs to posses to be successful,” continued Subber. “We will provide the membership and community with updates on significant milestones as we reach them.”
The President & CEO Search and Selection Committee is on schedule with their announced timeline. In July the committee heard from Members at a forum and conducted intensive reviews with current leadership.
