Businesses in the health and wellness field meet together to establish a quality referral network for patients. Through the collaborative network, TEAM members will build their individual practices, while providing mutual education to promote healthier living for patients.
Goals of Health Care TEAM include:

Providing a resource of health related speakers and topics to empower our community.

Develop community events and resources that help our vision.
Who We Are
Membership is open to any licensed healthcare professional, licensed facility or representative of such entity. Membership is also open to providers of services that focus on improving the overall health and well-being of the community and are willing to work together in a collaborative effort.
Meeting Time: Second and Fourth Tuesday of the month from 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM in Conference Room A in the Chamber's office in the Main Street Promenade.
