From John Puscheck
There are many great people that are working hard on Committees and Teams to help make our Chamber better for our members. This month, I wanted to allow Sue Welsh, who Chair’s the Member Services Team, the opportunity to share with you a little about the MST committee, what their role is and how they are working to ensure a high quality experience for our members.

A Continuing Focus on Customer Service
Over the past months I have heard from many of you that the Chamber's customer service and communications are very important to you. I've asked our staff to be on the lookout for new technologies and opportunities that will enhance the value of your membership and provide even better customer service to you our members and the broader community. I wanted to share a progress report on a few of our changes.
