About the Speaker
Jacqueline Camacho-Ruiz, is owner and “Make-it-Happen” Director of JJR Marketing Consultants LLC in Aurora. An entrepreneur with proven abilities in marketing, sales and business communications, Jackie brings a rare ability to transfer her own experiences as a young Hispanic woman to business plans and materials that allow her clients to reach both the 20-something and multi-cultural audiences. Her first book, "The Little Book of Business Secrets That Work," is an easy to follow how-to book to encourage other business professionals in the areas of sales, marketing and customer retention.
Jackie was recognized as a 2009 Emerging Leader by the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM) and received the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award in the Minority category by The Business Ledger Newspaper. She has contributed to several articles for “The Daily Herald,” and other publications. She has presented to the Chicago Association of Direct Marketing, Northwestern University, National Latino Education Institute, Illinois Optometric Association, just to name a few.
