The Great Workplace Revolution – Thomas S. Klobucher
The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to attend the General Membership Luncheon Monday, August 27, for a presentation on the changing dynamics of the workplace.
With no fewer than five generations working side by side by the year 2020, it is more important than ever for key people within your organization to understand each generation’s needs, viewpoints on work and the strategies to overcome the challenges this emerging workforce environment presents.
Thomas S. Klobucher, three-time winner of the Top Twenty Best Places to Work in Illinois, will discuss these generations and his strategies in his latest book, The Great Workplace Revolution.
Klobucher is an entrepreneur and CEO of Thomas Interior Systems, Inc., a Chicago-area office planning and furnishings firm that he founded in 1977. He is dedicated to improving the work place and has assisted well over 20,000 organizations throughout the Chicago area and the Midwest.
The luncheon will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Chicago Marriott Naperville, located at 1801 Naper Boulevard in Naperville.
Seating is limited, so preregistration is strongly encouraged. Cost to attend is $25 for Chamber Members, $30 at the door, and $35 for nonmembers.
