Each session is designed to cover one or more topics and includes case studies, panel discussions with top community leaders, group coaching and relevant implementation tactics.
During this six-month Leadership Institute, you will experience:

Rigorous leadership assessment to identify key leadership strengths and growth opportunities;

Specific case studies that address and resolve leadership challenges applicable to your organization, regardless of size or industry;

Monthly access to two or three top level business leaders discussing specific leadership questions tied to the curriculum and their own experiences;

Facilitators skilled in utilizing collaborative processes to ensure optimum learning on the job;

Working within a customized program that includes group coaching to ensure leadership behaviors are leveraged and implemented; and

Building an informal network to develop the ability to solve ongoing leadership issues.
