Are you having troubles receiving email from the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce?

Here are some things to try, please try them in order.

1. Add the sender to your address book. The email address the mail is coming from is chamber@naperville.net. This tells your email client that you are expecting mail from this address.

2. Whitelist the email address in your email client or internet security program. The instructions for this will vary for each person.

3. Whitelist the email company that the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce uses to send you the communications, Constant Contact. This can be done by adding in the IP addresses that Constant Contact uses to send the mail on our behalf. Whitelisting is something that lets you add in domain, IP, or email addresses to your server as safe places to receive email from.
