Ambassadors can choose to help the Chamber achieve our member retention goals by reaching out to members during their ninth month of their annual membership. Member Call Lists are available at each Ambassador meeting held the 3rd Wednesday of every month.
Below is the link to the telephone script to use as a guide as you speak to each member on your list. Read through the script a couple times and blend in your own style as you discuss the many activities and benefits the chamber has to offer. If you are unable to speak to the member, use the Voice Mail Script and please send a follow up email using the Email Script. Post your results on the Follow Up form and email to Cheryl Fontaine.
