In 2003 the Naperville Area Chamber
of Commerce was proud to become a founding member of
the Transportation for Illinois Coalition (TFIC).
Currently
Patrick Skarr, Vice President of Advocacy,
serves as a member of the coalition's steering
committee.
TFIC was formed to be the unified
for for Illinois transportation infrastructure
needs. TFIC played an integral role in helping
secure increased funding through the most recent
transit bill in congress and continues to advocate
for increased funding in future bills.
