The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the nominees for the 12th Annual Small Business of the Year Awards. Designed to do more than applaud truly outstanding small businesses within the Chamber, the Small Business of the Year Awards is an opportunity to review the best business practices of successful entrepreneurs and set a benchmark of excellence for years to come.

This year, the nominees were divided into categories based on the number of employees. The categories are: 1-5 Employees, 6-30 Employees, 31-99 Employees, 100+Employees, 5 under 5, and Not-For-Profit. All are being evaluated by a panel of judges and the winners will be chosen based on their accomplishments, community involvement, unique or innovative approaches towards customers, customer service, and employee benefit programs.
