Chair – Andy Hanson, Richard K. Elder & Co. P.C.

Purpose:

To grow YPN through active recruitment of new Members.  The Development Team shall pursue new Members from within the Chamber and Naperville area business community.  Further, the Development Team shall also learn, understand and incorporate why people join the YPN and incorporate this into the programming.

Goals:

• Recruit new members and business by targeting existing chamber members and the Jaycees.

• Learn, understand and incorporate why people joined YPN.

• Retain members by giving them what they wanted to learn from YPN.
