LEADERSHIP
YPN members are the up-in-comers of our region and fostering leadership is
imbued in all of our activities. Many of YPN's members are already taking
leadership roles within the community. Each YPN'er contributes to our diverse
resource pool and we believe that every YPN Member has the capacity to learn, grow
and share.
PERSONAL GROWTH
YPN's activities and programs provide engaged members with an opportunity to
personally grow and develop. Membership in YPN is a resource and honor. YP's
need a diverse skill set to be competitive in today's changing business environment.
Each month's Business Meeting provides members with a thought provoking
presentation from a recognized community business leader.

DEVELOPMENT
YPN is supported by a number of outstanding professionals in a variety of
industries. Members can leverage YPN's membership to build their network of
relationships to benefit their professional careers. YPN members can also utilize the
resources of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce to create opportunities to
succeed.
FRIENDSHIP
Building relationships is at the core of what YPN is about. Members share a
"how can I help you attitude," that fosters rich friendships. We are friends who
are contributing towards positive change for our regional community.

Naperville and our region are in the midst of an intergenerational shift of
leadership. Our economic future is tied to fostering a new generation of
entrepreneurs, innovators and civic and political leaders. YPN leverages the
assets and connections of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and is
building a network of leaders who will contribute to our region's economic
prosperity.
