Gina has spent her career working at high- growth companies, developing and deploying solutions rapidly to meet the people needs of the business. She has nearly 20 years of Human Resource and Organizational Development experience and launched her consulting practice in 2018 to help companies design and execute organizational strategies to develop, motivate, train, and retain staff while positioning themselves for growth and success. Her solutions include programs around performance management, talent and succession planning, supervisory training, leadership development, and support for emerging leaders.

In addition to working with businesses, Gina is also passionate about helping individuals better understand their skills, strengths and achievements so they can explore career choices. As a career coach, she helps clients showcase their value to employers in clear and dynamic ways through professional branding, sharpened interview skills, and networking strategies. Her clients describe her as high-energy, engaging, and fun with an ability to quickly build rapport and establish safe and challenging learning environments.

Gina is proud to be a LEAD Program Manager for the Midwest region of WOMEN Unlimited, Inc. where she leads a 12-month development program for high potential women leaders. 

Gina facilitates workshops and leads talks on leadership and management, personal branding, negotiation skills, communication skills, conflict management strategies, women’s professional development, HR/compliance issues, and a broad range of career development topics. She is also able to create custom talks based on audience needs and interests.
