A: VP, Branch Manager for two branch locations in Naperville.
Q: What is your background and what led you to get into banking?
A: I have been in Banking for over 25 years. It all started as a PT summer job, and that job grew into a great career choice for me. I have always had a passion for helping others, and banking has allowed me to do that in many ways. As a manager I lead and coach my team members to achieve their career goals. As a banker I get to connect and partner with individuals and businesses, and help them achieve their financial goals.
Q: What would you say are the three top skills women need to be successful?
A: Think holistically, be open to new learning experiences, and embrace change.
Q: What is the No. 1 piece of financial advice you give to women?
A: I know we hear it all the time..Pay yourself first!
Q: What gets you excited about your work?
A: The ability to experience growth. The financial services industry is always evolving, providing many opportunities to grow, and help others grow.
Q: Tell us one thing most people don't know about you.
A: I write upside down..all the time! (I am left handed).
