Connecting students to our thriving business community

High school and college students have the chance to work with NACC Staff to form relationships with Member businesses, as well as further develop their skills in leadership while taking an active role in our advisory board. Each board works alongside their educational institution and Chamber leaders to uncover ways to best supplement initiatives or organized efforts already active inside their school.

Our Advisory Boards also serve to better equip students for the business world. Chamber staff utilizes their expertise, as well as deep connections inside the business community to assist students in several key areas:

  • Job Shadowing
  • Mentoring
  • Resume Building
  • Interview Preparation
  • Leadership development
  • Marketing & Communication Skills
  • Education through Access to Select NACC Member Events
  • Other Business-Minded Topics (at the request of the advisory board members)
