Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce Announces Special 10th Anniversary 40 Under 40 Class

In celebration of its 10-year anniversary, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) and Young Professionals Network (YPN) expanded the annual Four Under 40 Achievement Awards into a special one-time 40 Under 40 celebration for 2026. Originally launched in 2016, the program was created to recognize young professionals making a meaningful impact through leadership, professional achievement and community involvement throughout the Naperville area.

This milestone anniversary class recognizes 40 individuals across industries, organizations and causes who are helping shape the future of the community through their leadership, innovation and service. Honorees were selected through a competitive nomination and review process focused on career achievement, leadership and community impact.

Join us on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Wentz Concert Hall as we celebrate a decade of impact alongside this extraordinary class of leaders.
