Business Success – The Power Of Relationships

What distinguishes our organization from others is the emphasis we put on relationship building. It is the cornerstone of any successful business, especially ours. We know that there are so many options when it comes to growing your business, but the NACC knows that you can’t grow your business without relationships.   

Being the leader of an organization isn’t just about increasing revenues, it’s about increasing the trust and value within an organization, without it, revenues don’t grow. Creating programming that is timely and impactful is our #1 priority, but let’s be clear, we compete with the internet and other organizations for learning. Again, our “secret sauce” is our focus on building meaningful, lasting relationships, personally and professionally.

I’ve noted in previous articles that you can’t build a business without trust. At the Chamber, you can’t build a relationship without building trust, it goes together like peas and carrots!  At the Chamber our members are family. We care deeply about each and every member and remain committed to your success. We love finding synergistic partners that build businesses together. We have made introductions that have turned in to powerful partnerships. We love when that happens. That is something that you can’t find online.

I believe that the NACC members do an impressive job of building relationships.  There’s nothing like our members. Members are not about handing out business cards and asking, “What’s in it for me?” You all find helping other members and supporting them ultimately results in building great relationships.

I think that’s what this organization comes down to, relationships. Much like life, without relationships there is little else. “Business is all about relationships, how well you build them determines how well you build your business,” B. Sugars.
