The Member Success Orientation is designed to introduce new members to the many opportunities the Chamber has to offer or as a refresher course for our long-standing Members. The orientation features an interactive Q and A session with a panel of seasoned Chamber Members who will share their secrets to success and how the Chamber has helped them grow.

You will also meet each member of the Chamber staff to achieve a greater understanding of the role each plays to better serve you. Take full advantage of your Membership.  We’re here to help and support your business!

Bi-Monthly Member Success Orientation

The Member Success Orientation takes place the 1st Thursday of every other month from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce at 55 S. Main St., Suite 375 in downtown Naperville.

Ambassador Mission Statement:

Ambassadors promote goodwill and communicate the mission of the Chamber to new and existing members; encourage all members to get involved with the Chamber; and support Chamber membership and staff.

Why Be an Ambassador?

By supporting a growing five star chamber, you can increase your business exposure. Also build your business through friendships at our monthly Ambassador socials. Earn rewards with the Ambassador point-reward system by volunteering your time at NACC events and ribbon-cuttings.

Ambassador Goals & Objectives:

Ambassadors are often the first link new members have with the Chamber. Our goal is to help members feel welcome and comfortable with the Chamber and provide information about the various Chamber services. Members of Ambassadors attend ribbon cutting ceremonies to welcome new businesses to the area and are available to new members to answer any questions they may have. The Ambassadors Committee is the official host of all Chamber events and have the responsibility to be Chamber advocates for all members. One of the most important aspects of this is introducing new Members to existing ones and serving as a liaison for Member to Member networking.
