This 6-week professional certification series gives an inside look at the core community organizations that serve Naperville. Participants have an open dialogue with prominent leaders and learn how the not-for-profit, municipal, and private sectors combine forces to create one of the nation’s top-ranked places to live and do business. The program offers the chance to explore the city’s history, discover future economic development plans, and get a behind-the-scenes look into the city’s healthcare and public services.

Participation in this 6-week program serves to develop a participant’s knowledge and skills – to work together, have a meaningful impact, and find common ground so we can address our community’s challenges and opportunities. Additionally, participants will gain:
