The Business After Hours program is a complimentary monthly gathering that helps forge new business relationships and renew existing bonds. These events take place in a different Member business location every month and provide a relaxed, casual networking atmosphere that is open to the public.

This is a complimentary professional development opportunity for Chamber Members. Each month, a different Member of our NACC Speakers Bureau presents on a topic of interest to the business community.
General Membership Luncheon
Our General Membership Luncheons are designed to serve as a positive interruption to your traditional day of business delivering relevant insight for your success.
Learn from Naperville’s influencers and public officials. Hear Naperville’s history, engage in conversations with community business leaders, explore Economic Development, meet members of local government and learn how to be a voice for volunteer engagement.
Leadership Institute is a comprehensive 12-course certification series that is designed to grow new leaders, challenge existing leaders, and build on the skills professionals that lead already possess.
The series may be taken by individual session or to get certified, as part of a 3-semester NACC program.
Lunch with a Leader Series
This monthly in-person lunch event highlights one local community leader/influencer in a casual, friendly, sit-down atmosphere. Held in a private room at a local Naperville restaurant, both NACC and community members are given the opportunity to interact. The lunch is limited to 15 guests.
Member Success Orientation
Initially started for NEW Members, this quarterly interactive event is also available to Members that aren’t taking advantage of their Membership benefits. Meet Ambassadors, committee members, Chamber peers, and the NACC Staff.
