At the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, we are dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and empowerment within our community of Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color entrepreneurs and business leaders. Our BIPOC TEAM leads-generating group is committed to creating a thriving ecosystem where collaboration, networking, and support fuel the success of our members.
Goals for Sustainable Growth through Referrals

We aim to create a supportive environment where members can network, share experiences, and forge valuable relationships that open doors to endless opportunities.

By offering regular meetings, discussions, and exclusive learning events, we aim to set clear expectations, align logistics, and unveil our thrilling plans for the future.
4. Fueling Growth: We understand that growth requires energy and sustenance. Therefore, we are committed to providing bottomless coffee at our meetings, ensuring that our members are energized and ready to dive into the journey of growth and empowerment.
5. Location and Accessibility: Our meetings are conveniently hosted at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, located at 55 S Main St, Suite 375, Naperville, IL. We aim to provide an accessible and welcoming space for all BIPOC entrepreneurs in the area.
