We’re thrilled to introduce our New Member Cohort Program, launching this Friday at our monthly First Friday event! This initiative is designed to strengthen our community, support professional growth, and foster meaningful connections.
First Friday: A Tradition of Connection
Our First Friday events have long been a cornerstone of NACC’s community engagement. Held on the first Friday of each month, these gatherings follow an open-house format at the NACC office from 9 a.m. to noon. Members are welcome to stop by at their convenience to connect with our Membership team, Board members, and fellow business leaders. It’s an opportunity for both new and longtime Members to ask questions, explore Chamber resources, and learn how NACC can help their businesses thrive.
Introducing the New Member Cohort Program
Starting this month, new Chamber Members who joined in the previous month will be invited to participate in our New Member Cohort Program. This initiative helps new Members integrate into the Chamber, make valuable connections, and fully utilize their Membership benefits.
As part of this program, new Members will:
- Meet their cohort group—a small, supportive network of fellow new Members.
- Engage with NACC staff and Board members to gain direct access to key Chamber resources.
- Receive mentorship and guidance to ensure a strong start to their Chamber experience.
This structured yet flexible program provides a built-in network to help new Members navigate their first year, build relationships, and maximize their Chamber benefits.
Why You Should Attend
Whether you’re new to the Chamber or a longtime Member, First Friday is the perfect opportunity to:
- Expand your professional network in a welcoming, informal setting.
- Learn how to leverage Chamber resources to grow your business.
- Connect with new and familiar faces while strengthening our business community.
We look forward to seeing you this Friday as we kick off this exciting initiative. Let’s connect, collaborate, and grow together!
