February is for Feedback

One question Staff and I have been talking about internally at the NACC and with our Board of Directors is “What can we do more of to help you succeed?”

With such a diverse membership of businesses, we can’t always know what would serve you best. While I have an open-door policy for Member feedback and try to get this information in many ways – talking to you at programs or events, through my Coffee & Conversation program, as well as individual meetings with Members. I want to hear from you on how the NACC can be a part of your success story. Please take a few minutes to answer ten quick questions in our feedback survey to help us better serve your business.

Our goal is to have surveys and touchpoints throughout the year as we work to measure our impact. I am incredibly proud of all the work the NACC offers and executes in the Business Community, but I want to make sure our focus stays on what our Members need and want.
