Naperville is a thriving community because people show up and get involved—and voting is one of the most impactful ways to make a difference. On April 1, 2025, Naperville voters will head to the polls for the Illinois Consolidated Election, deciding key leadership roles that will shape our city’s future.
This year, Election Day falls during Spring Break for Districts 203 and 204, so now is the time to make a voting plan. If you’ll be traveling, take advantage of early voting starting March 17—ensuring your voice is heard no matter where you are.
Making an Informed Decision
Before heading to the polls, it’s important to understand where each candidate stands. The Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) asked all eight City Council candidates key business-focused questions. Each candidate responded, and you can read their answers here.
We appreciate all eight candidates for taking the time to engage with the community, including their participation in the NACC City Council Candidate Forum on February 25. The event featured in-depth discussions and gave voters an opportunity to connect directly with those running for office.
While the Naperville City Council race is a major focus, it’s not the only important position on the ballot. Voters will also decide on seats for:
- Naperville City Council
- Indian Prairie School District 204 Board of Education
- Naperville School District 203 Board of Education
- Naperville Park District Board of Commissioners
For additional insights, Naperville Community Television (NCTV) has compiled interviews and election coverage to help voters make informed decisions.
