Third Party Pet
Mike Isaac
Chief Executive Officer

“Never let success get to your head and never let failure get to your heart”.

Mike Isaac, the Chief Executive Officer of Third Party Pet, initially co-founded the company to provide pet retailers with the resources to help maintain great customer service practices.   Mike not only strives to create a successful business, but he truly wants his employees (his team) to succeed.  Mike’s mindset on company culture is to create an atmosphere where his team can have the latitude and opportunity to take risks.  Mike believes that communication is key, and he strives to help his team be their best selves, professionally and personally.

Mike, a graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing, has been in the pet industry since 2006. Mike is also an expert in contact center sales and operations having spent seventeen years in that space.

Professional Accomplishments & Affiliations

Mike’s greatest professional accomplishment to date is co-founding and creating Third Party Pet, which was the perfect marriage of Mike’s contact center expertise and pet retail experience. Mike, along with co-founder Adam Stachowiak, CVO of Third Party Pet, were able to secure the rights to become the exclusive partner for all the commercial registrations through the American Kennel Club.

Mike is an active member of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Naperville Jaycees and supporter of many local not-for-profits such as Dupage Children’s Museum, Little Friends Inc, 360 Youth Services and Naperville CARES.  Mike has also been instrumental in winning numerous accolades including Petland store of the year in 2010 and Third Party Pet being named as one of the Inc 5000 fastest growing companies.  In 2017 Mike was recognized by the NACC with their annual four under 40 award.

Personal Accomplishments

When Mike isn’t working on creating a meaningful and productive culture at Third Party Pet, you might find him creating dinner with fresh produce from the garden, which is one of his daily joys.  Of course, his most rewarding and fulfilling personal accomplishments are his twin boys.  Mike spends a lot of time with his boys, planting and tending to the garden.  He also has a killer fried green tomato recipe.

Mike’s fur children include a Bernese Mountain dog, Bruno (who happens to be the corporate mascot for Third Party Pet) as well as a Chihuahua named Joe.  If Mike were a dog, he would be a poodle because they are stylish, clever, quick learners and active, just like him!
