Reconnect with Us: Join the Chamber Cohort Program This Fall

At the NACC, we believe that engagement isn’t just about attendance – it’s about collaboration, shared growth and lasting partnerships. Whether you’re a longtime member of the Chamber or have recently joined, staying engaged with us means staying connected to opportunities that elevate your business and your own professional development.  However, we know that knowing where to start can be difficult.

One of the most impactful ways to deepen your engagement at the end of 2025 is through our Member Cohort Program – an initiative that we piloted and launched this year designed to bring Members together in supportive groups that encourage engagement. While this initiative started with just new Members of the Chamber meeting in a group to get familiar with our resources, we’ve begun to expand this demographic because of the demand from longtime Members who don’t know where to start when it comes to re-engaging.

As we approach quarter 4, there’s no better time to reinvest in your business development and strengthen your circle with other local businesses.

Who Should Join?

  • New Members (if you’ve joined the Chamber this last month, you’ll be automatically invited to join the Member Cohort Progam)
  • Long-time NACC Members looking to re-engage
  • New employees who have just joined a Member business and want to learn how the NACC can support them
  • Any Members who want to strengthen their circle through collaboration

How It Works

NACC Member Cohorts meet on the First Friday of every month from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Facilitated by a Member of our Board of Directors, you’ll learn the basics of the NACC, get your questions answered, and meet like-minded professionals looking to create meaningful partnerships in the Chamber. From 10:00 AM to 12:00PM, NACC staff will be available in an “office hours” format to answer any questions, help you with your account or create a plan for using your benefits. We can’t wait to meet you!

How To Get Started

Reengaging is simple. Email membership@naperville.net or send me an email directly, msmith@naperville.net, expressing your interest about the program. We will add you to an email list to receive information about the meeting and invite you to the upcoming Member Cohort Meeting on the next First Friday of the month.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us. The NACC is here to support you.
