For many Members, generating leads and building referral networks are among the top reasons for joining the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC). And for good reason—sharing leads not only strengthens relationships within our business community, but also drives revenue, boosts visibility, and builds credibility for your business. When it comes to leads, sharing really is caring.

This month, we’re spotlighting how the NACC fosters a strong culture of lead-sharing—and the many ways you can tap into it.

One of the easiest ways to start is by putting your “Proud Member of the NACC” logo to use. Linking this badge to your website enhances your online presence, increases searchability, and signals credibility to potential customers. If you’re not already using it, now is the time to start. Another powerful avenue for referrals is our TEAMs program—short for “Together Everyone Achieves More.” TEAMs are designed to help Members consistently generate leads, expand their networks, and build meaningful professional relationships. Each TEAM allows only one representative per business category and requires regular participation, creating a focused and trusted environment for referrals. The result? Lead-sharing doesn’t stop there. Every business you already trust and work with is a potential Chamber Member—and a potential connection for others. By referring businesses to join the NACC, you’re not only strengthening the local business community but also expanding your own network. Warm introductions are always encouraged, and as a thank you, referral incentives may be available throughout the year.
