In her role as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager for the City of Naperville, Dr. Williams is responsible for leading external and internal initiatives to help the City fulfill its mission of creating an inclusive community that values diversity as well as live out the core values – people, respect, trust, and pride, that guide and drive the work of City employees.
