Jacque Clermont

Director of Community Relations, Naperville Community Unit District 203

Jacque is the Director of Community Relations at Naperville Community Unit School District 203, and leads strategic communication, partnership development, marketing, and outreach for one of the top-ranked school districts in Illinois. With a Master of Public Service degree and over six years in this role, her background spans nonprofit organizations and municipalities.

Jacque’s core competencies include building strong relationships with stakeholders—students, parents, staff, media, and community partners—along with managing events and fundraising initiatives. Jacque and her team successfully launched a new district website, developed a comprehensive communication plan and supported student needs with help from the Naperville Education Foundation. Jacque’s skills in coaching, public relations, marketing, and team building have helped increase district visibility, engagement, and support.

Beyond her professional role, Jacque proudly serve as President of the Rotary Club of Naperville (2024–25), sits on the Board of Trustees for KidsMatter, acts as District Liaison for the Naperville Education Foundation, and is a past SECA Commissioner for the City of Naperville.

Most importantly, She is a proud mother of four amazing children and has been happily married for 23 years. Jacque’s mission is to foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and ethical excellence—both in her professional work and personal life.

Jacque is a 2023 NACC Woman of the Quarter Recipient.
