Sarah Catarozzoli Andrusyna is the Vice President of Operations at the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, where she oversees daily operations and supports the success of the Chamber team and the local business community. With extensive experience in operations management, event coordination, and community engagement, Sarah is dedicated to fostering business growth in the Naperville area.

Before joining NACC, Sarah held leadership roles in the hospitality industry, managing operations and coordinating events at renowned organizations like The American Club, Hilton Hotels, and the Waldorf Astoria Chicago. Her expertise in delivering exceptional service and organizing high-profile events has earned her industry recognition.

She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Hospitality, Tourism, and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, with a focus on Gaming Management. Sarah’s diverse expertise enriches her approach to leadership and operations.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling to Maui, reading, crafting, and attending theater and concerts. She lives in Downers Grove with her husband, Tom, their daughter, Eleanor, and their cat, Cocoa.
