Your Mid-Year Benefit Checkup

At halfway through the year, now is the perfect time to take a fresh look at your Chamber Membership. NACC Membership is designed to be an investment in your business, professional network, and continued professional development. A quick mid-year checkup using the questions below can help you discover valuable benefits you may not be leveraging, explore opportunities for growth and make the most out of the months ahead.

Is my Member Directory listing up to date?

Updating your directory listing for our Online Business Directory periodically can be regular maintenance or a strategic approach to how you show up in front of potential clients and customers. Use “keywords” to customize where people will find your business based on what they’re searching for. You can also update your description, photos and contact information seasonally to make the most of your directory listing. Make sure to update your listing prior to the end of the year for the most up to date version to be included in our digital and print Annual Business Directory.

Have I posted to Member News?

Whether you’re business is celebrating a special milestone or if you’re an expert in your field, we want to hear from you! Share product launches or industry exclusive information to keep people coming back to your business. Already producing a newsletter internally? Repurpose that content here to reach a different audience with no extra work.

If you’re celebrating a milestone or important updates to your business, share your story with us here so we can help you amplify your story.

Have I posted a Special Offer?

Posting Special Offers on our website is another great opportunity to share the products and services your business offers. Want to offer something special to Chamber Members? Use Member-to-Member Offers to encourage other Members to try out your products or services.

Have I look into an engagement group to join?

If creating a professional network is a priority for you as a Member of the NACC, joining an engagement group at the Chamber is crucial. Explore the different groups and their goals below.

Have I connected with Chamber staff about my goals?

Finally, one of the most important check ins to have before the end of the year is connecting with a Chamber staff Member to communicate your goals and explore what Chamber benefits are available to help you move the needle. NACC staff is trained to guide you in a productive direction and help you make connections that will continue to move you towards your goals. To connect with a staff Member, email membership@naperville.net or set a meeting with me directly by clicking the link below.
