Donna Ufnal, current Vice President and Market Manager at Naperville Bank & Trust, a Wintrust Community Bank.

Her passion for the job brought her to have over 20 years experience in Finance along with a plethora of involvement in organizations such as:

• Board Director at LWC District 210
• Finance Committee at a Non-Profit Polish School
• New Lenox Rotary Club
• New Lenox Chamber of Commerce Ambassador

Her perseverance to succeed followed her all the way from a small town in Poland where she started her career in business.

Upon moving to the United States, Donna started her banking position as a teller and worked her way up to her current post as Vice President and Market Manager.
