Businesses join the Chamber for several different reasons. While each tier has its own list of benefits, the NACC continues to strive for an individualized approach to each business’ goals. Over the past few months, we have been working to collect testimonials to not only share the great success stories that have come out of the NACC, but to take it as feedback for the reasons people stick around.
As we continue to cater to each Member of the NACC, we invite you to share your story or the feedback you have on your Member benefits. Take a look at the list below for things to provide us feedback on:
Success stories: Has your business benefited from joining the NACC? We’d love to know! Tell us about new business connections, referrals received, leads captured or any other win that your business has attributed to being a part of the Chamber.
Events: Are you able to join us at our events? Do the times work for your schedule? What are other improvements you would make to our events?
Member benefits: Do you find value in your list of Member benefits? Are you able to use them all in a year timeframe? Are their enough benefits to make the annual price worthwhile?
Small groups/committees/TEAMs: If you’ve wanted to join a small group within the NACC, have you been able to? How accessible are the meeting times? Are there any committees you would like to see in the NACC that you have seen elsewhere?
Leadership/professional development opportunities: Do you feel we have enough opportunities for leadership? Are there any leadership positions within the Chamber that you would like to have? How important to you is professional development as a Chamber Member?
Benefits for your employees: Are there enough opportunities to engage your employees (not only executive level employees)? Is there anything you would like to provide to your employees that the Chamber may be able to satisfy?
