He has managed, coached or trained more than 800 sales professionals and earned numerous awards for leadership, sales achievement and for being a difference maker.
Mike has been a guest lecturer at Naperville Central High School and Harvard University. He is a frequent speaker to associations, companies and professionals who are passionate about maximizing their sales potential. Mike’s passion for sales lead him to start Sales Kitchen, where he specializes in cooking up solutions to Heat Up Your Sales. He coaches firms in all aspects of the sales process including: sales planning, presentation development, closing techniques, sales force management, customer focus and goal attainment.
Mike has been a member of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce since 2008. He is the 2010 Programming Chair for the Chamber's Business Advisory Committee, is very active on the Ambassadors Committee and was selected 2009 Rookie Ambassador of the Year. He also serves on the panel of experts at BusinessIIBusiness.com, the business social network for CEO's, Entrepreneurs and Investors. Mike resides in Naperville with his wife Pam and two children. ‘Coop’ earned his BS in Marketing and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston.
