Two Ways to Know What’s Happening in Springfield & DC

January brings new beginnings and predictions of what the new year may have in store.  I am very excited about two upcoming events to help you keep abreast of what challenges and opportunities lay ahead at both the federal and state level impacting your business.

Tuesday, January 11, 2022 10:00 am U.S. Chamber “State of American Business” virtual program

Each year the U.S. Chamber hosts a “State of American Business” event where their top officials provide insights on the federal policy landscape for the coming year, both challenges and opportunities. This year, we are providing an opportunity for NACC Members to join this program virtually to take advantage of the insights they provide.  Please register here for complimentary access.

HOLD THE DATE:  Capital Conversations in Springfield March 2, 2022

We will be joining the Illinois Chamber of Commerce as well as local Chambers around the state for the 2022 Chamber Day in Springfield. The NACC is orchestrating bus transportation for this one-day trip. The Illinois Chamber Advocacy Team will orchestrate workshop sessions with key Springfield officials discussing the state bills most impacting our business community in the morning. After lunch, the NACC will schedule special meetings with key elected officials of our local legislative delegation to discuss these and other bills impacting our local community. More details will be promoted soon.

Please reach out if you have questions or would like more information on these events or other policies impacting your business or organization.
